Starlight added extra funcitonality to automatically send a credit card receipt through the Fluidpay portal.
When creating a credit card payment, there is a new checkbox below the transaction information.
This checkbox sends a credit card receipt through FP to the customers main email. This email is found on the customers profile. If a user selects the send receipt checkbox, and there is not a customer email present, the transaction will fail.
This receipt functionality is also available during the invoicing process when processing payments. The receipt which is sent, comes directly from Fluidpay which means Starlight does not have the ability to edit that template. Users who wish to do so, should contact FluidPay directly.

Users can hover their cursor over the question mark next to the checkbox, to view which email address the receipt will be sent to.
Subscribers who use the AutoPay function, can also set up those customers to automatically receive a receipt whenever a credit card transaction is processed through AutoPay.
